Talent Management Analyst Job Description
· The Talent Management Analyst prepares reports from the company HR Management System (Oracle) and conducts department audits at the direction of the Director of Talent Management. Able to plan, direct, and carry out policies relating to all phases of organizational development activity (rewards, recognition, and compensation; high impact leader identification and career development; training resource identification; career path and succession planning).
· Experienced in managing an HR department.
· Requires a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of HR experience, experience managing a team of professionals, computer literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency, working knowledge of employment law, ability to communicate with a diverse workforce, and preferably SPHR certification.
· Associate will adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company's success
Salary: $65-70K with bonus
Education BS degree plus 5 yrs of HR experience
