Full Desk Recruiter in SLC

The following is a message from a recruiter looking to fill a spot in SLC. It doesn't specify education requirements, but check it out.

"I am a Recruiter in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and I have been asked to help in a search that my client in Salt Lake City is conducting. They are a Staffing Company in the Salt Lake area and they are looking for a Full Desk Recruiter. This position will be doing recruiting as well as sales but the majority of their time will be spent calling on clients to persuade them to use their service. They will be looking for clerical and light industrial positions. This is for a Branch in Salt Lake City. I placed the Branch Manager there about six years ago and he has now been promoted to an Area Manager. Great guy, very devoted to his staff and making sure they are successful. This person does not have to have staffing experience, they can have experience in OUTSIDE sales in a different area but sales of a service is ideal. The person needs to have a history of success and be team player with a strong desire to build lasting relationships. Base salary is $35,000 to $45,000 with a very lucrative bonus package.
