This role combines the duties of Data Management and Strategy development. It requires the development of key insights, tools and data-driven, actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Deliver data driven insights through development of data driven models.
• Become a subject matter expert on all key HR planning and reporting systems (e.g. Bluebook, TCOW and GHRMS,).
• Perform data collection, ad-hoc reporting and provide superior analyses and interpretation/evaluation of workforce metrics.
• Apply superior subject matter expertise in internal and external workforce trends to evaluate workforce plans, identify gaps and propose solutions to HR and business/function executives.
• Partner with the Workforce Planning stakeholders to ensure affordability, alignment of headcount and Total Cost of Workforce plans to financials, and support for the plans.
• Test insights through analytical rigor and collaborating across the company to ensure data integrity.• Collaborate with management across the company (business, HR, finance, etc.) in the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of workforce plans.
• Understand and apply knowledge of the variables that impact the Cost of Workforce and provide analysis in conjunction with Finance.
• Understand long- and short-term business strategies as it relates to workforce implications.
• Continually improve processes to all areas of responsibility.
• Build and deliver presentations to HR and business executives.
• Keep abreast of qualitative information that impacts the workforce situation.

Overview
Provide effective employee & labor relations consultative services to all region locations. Provide guidance on employee policies and practices. Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints, employment litigation, and workplace violations. Participate in and lead the local grievance process for organized workgroups. Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in related human resources discipline or equivalent education, HR certifications and work experience.
2. Significant HR experience in a professional capacity supporting a field organization with effective skills and competencies in employee relations and labor relations.

4. Exceptional customer service orientation.
5. Seasoned consultative skills.
6. Demonstrated project management and implementation skills.
7. Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills.
